Neil Kellerhouse riffs on ANTICHRIST

Neil Kellerhouse’s cover design for Criterion’s ANTICHRIST disc was effective but subdued, hinting at his discretion but not necessarily his gift for, uh, creating gobsmackingly beautiful images. rifle through the booklet that accompanies the film, however, and between the essays and credits you can find one of these gorgeous extrapolations of scenes from the movie (i believe the other is an alternate job, but you can find both and a bunch of other great stuff on Kellerhouse’s site). love the quiet violence of the competing layers that dominate the bottom halves, superimposed but indiscriminately organic. i’ll take these in poster-sized form, please.
